Foreclosure Education
If you are facing Foreclosure or have fallen behind the worst thing you can do is fall victim to a Foreclosure scam. At Creative Freedom Foreclosure Prevention Services, Inc. we have dedicated and devoted countless hours to educating our clients and homeowners across the country about ALL their options. Many companies and marketers will flood your phones and your mailbox with information. Find out the facts. Keep in mind that most companies, though they advertise themselves as Foreclosure “prevention” companies, they usually only offer advice or guide your towards one or two options because it’s what THEY offer. This doesn’t mean you have to choose them.
The most important thing to remember is you have options. We have seen many homeowners fall victim to companies that offer options that seem great but these companies either don’t or can’t follow through or they are trying to offer a solution that isn’t an appropriate option given the client’s situation.
There are great companies out there but they are few and far between. It seems there are more scams these days than legitimate companies. The important thing to remember is that you OWE it to yourself to do your research. You can use google, yahoo, msn or any major search engines by typing the company name followed by the word scam, ripoff or complaint. You can also do this for the owners of the companies you are researching. You also want to follow their name in the search engines by putting scam, ripoff or complaint.
The key is to remember you have options and you should know the pros and cons of all. In addition, do your research. There are different approaches to foreclosure prevention options and you should choose a company that makes you feel comfortable. Make sure they are answering your questions and being honest with you. Read all documentation. There is never too little time to read what you are signing. Understand it. If you don’t understand, ASK! Your worst enemy can be yourself if you so choose. Protect yourself, your family, your home, your credit and your identity.
For a brief description of some options and their pros and cons can be heard by calling our Education Hotline. If you would like more information please leave a message and one of our counselors will return your call within 24 hours.
