This Just In – Countrywide Is Moving To An Automated System For Short Sales

Countrywide started using the NEW system with the new short sales coming in. Yeah! This should make things a lot simpler. Basically it will connect you to the negotiator directly and all parties can communicate via this one system including document upload capabilities! Hopefully more banks will jump on the bank wagon. All files previously submitted will be worked the old way but new files from here on out will be input into the system! To find out more about this please join our newsletter and we will go over the new system in detail. Just visit http://www.cfreedom.net and fill in the short registration form at the bottom of the page.

This could be a real break through if other banks follow the CW lead. Anything to stream-line the process is a benefit to those of us who submit offers and then have to wait and wonder in “the dark” because the communication between the bank’s negotiator and Realtor, negotiation company, or the individual investor must go through the bank’s front line mediator who is simply reading the posted notes and has no direct knowledge.
