There are so many foreclosures and not nearly enough help. 

I work as an Certified loss mitigation Consultant and see many homeowners that fall victim to Foreclosure scams and shark-like tactics.  These homeowners are approached many times from many different angles all from people interested in getting a piece of their American Dream.  Foreclosure is scary enough.  Homeowners do not need to be taken advantage of at a time when their defenses are weakened by the stress and emotions involved with losing their home.

Talking to homeowners on a daily basis, it was apparent to me that what is lacking is proper education and information.  In an attempt to help educate homeowners on their options we have created an online education forum.  We have volunteer Consultants on hand to assist with questions and concerns.  We have also created a chat room in this forum if a homeowner requires immediate assistance.  We are here to help.

Real estate and mortgage professionals are welcome.  We have opened this forum up for all individuals looking to educate themselves and/or add these services to aid their clients in the Foreclosure area.  Get answers before time runs out.
